We asked the children if they fancied going to the same place in Portugal again and a big shout went up YES !!!. We stayed at Casa Luzia last year and have booked again for next summer. 

The villa lived up to all our expectations; the rooms were very comfortable and of a high standard. It was great to have so many en-suites and a well equipped kitchen. Our children spent many happy hours in the pool. The views from the terrace were amazing and a real plus.

Near the centre of beautiful Tavira, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. We visited many beaches and enjoyed walking into town.

Our holiday at Casa Luzia in October was indeed "a holiday to remember". The villa lived up to all expectations and beyond. The images don't do it justice and there is such a welcoming feeling about it all. Heath made us very welcome and we fell upon the basket of goodies as soon as his back was turned.........just what was needed after hours of flights and airports!

The location was just perfect for what we wanted, a truly relaxing place with a wonderful pool, yet close enough to the centre of town with restaurants, bars, etc., when we wanted some lunch, shopping, dinner or night life.

The information left for guests was extremely useful and detailed .....down to the colour of the seats in some of the best places to eat.....this book is a must for all first-time visitors....but I would expect most 'first-time visitors' to become 'frequent visitors', given what is on offer at Casa Luzia.

We stayed July 5th to July 12th 2009. There were six of us and we had a really great time, the welcome pack was really appreciated and Heath (the manager) was very helpful and could not do enough to help. The villa was out of this world - it was a home from home. Thoroughly recommended.

Taxis very cheap and plentiful. Tavira was lovely as were the people.

Great communication from Lucy, very helpful even organised a taxi from the airport. It was our first villa holiday and I am sure we will return again.

We really enjoyed the villa...it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The space was fantastic and we really enjoyed being able to eat outside.

What we really appreciated was how convenient the villa is for the town, beaches, supermarket, restaurants and golf courses. Absolutely ideal!

The villa was just like a home from home, everything that we could need and plenty of space even with 4 adults and 3 children. The kitchen had everything we needed; we cooked most days and used the bbq. The bedrooms are a good size, as are the bathrooms and the decor is lovely, modern and clean. We would definitely like to return some day and will recommend it to family and friends.

It was great to have so many en-suites and a kitchen with all necessary amenities; the large fridge freezer and washing machine in the utility room were particularly useful. The pool was larger than it looked in your brochure and our children spent many happy hours in it. The views from the terrace were amazing and a real plus. We went to many beaches in the surrounding area and thought Cabanas was one of the best. On the whole we had a wonderful holiday staying at Casa Luzia and would definitely consider renting it from you again.
