Casa Luzia is a luxurious 4 bedroom open-plan villa in Tavira, one of the most attractive and unspoiled towns in the Algarve. Situated in a quiet area, this stunning property offers very comfortable and tasteful furnishings. The villa is air conditioned and also has a wood-burning stove for the cooler months. Three of the four bedrooms are en-suite, while the fourth has an adjacent bathroom. There is one double bedroom and three twin bedrooms - a cot and high chair are provided free of charge. The living room has three sofas and Sky TV, while the dining table seats eight guests. 

There are two furnished terraces upstairs. Downstairs, french doors lead onto another cool, covered terrace where you can dine al fresco or enjoy a refreshing drink with stunning views of the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve. Steps lead down to a swimming pool surrounded by glorious flowerbeds and fruit trees. The pool area has ample sun beds, umbrellas and a bar-b-q.

Guests are provided with a welcome pack and there are CDs, DVDs and reading materials available for your enjoyment. The property is serviced and cleaned weekly, with linen and towel changes. The pool and garden are tended weekly. A car is recommended, but not essential as taxis are inexpensive and there is a regular bus service. For those with hire (or private) cars, the villa has secure private parking on site. A mini market, restaurant and bar are within walking distance. The villa is 3 minutes drive from the beautiful centre of Tavira, which offers riverside bars and wonderful restaurants.
